Founded in 2008， Lushang Art Troupe is subject to Shandong Commercial Group Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to Lushang Group). Consisting of full-time members and part-time members from various industries under the Group，as well as famed artists in Shandong，the troupe is to publicize corporate culture，promote Lushang spirit and display the mental outlook of Lushang people in varied artistic forms. 
      Mr. Lei Yan，the well-known baritone singer，national Grade One actor，vice chairman of provincial Youth League，is the honorary director of the troupe; Mr. Tang Aiguo，an national Grade One actor，Vice president of Provincial Ballad Singers Association，and Mr. Song Changlin ，a famous Qiupai Jing Opera artist，Plum Blossom Award winner as well as Ms. Liu Jinhua，a famous soprano artist，and Vice Chairperson of provincial Music Association are working as art advisors.
The troupe owns nearly 60 full-time and part-time members. The full-time members are all qualified graduates from nationally famous art universities，who have rich experience in stage performance and organizing ability. The part-time members are all outstanding employees from the frontline of various industries under the Group.
      The art troupe takes corporate culture publication and Lushang spirit promotion as main target，to actively spread the Lushang spirit of "passionate struggle，whole-hearted dedication，happily work and healthy life" and to publicize model employees，showing the positive attitude of staff and enriching their spiritual life，improving cohesiveness within the Group，improving group’s honor and promoting group to develop quickly and healthily.
      Since its establishment，the art troupe has organized and participated in nearly 100 performances of varied kinds，bringing colorful artistic performances to staff and winning good comments from them.
      Meanwhile Lushang Art Troupe keeps strengthening cooperation with other partners to increase its social influence gradually.
